Star brings decades of real estate leadership and client advocacy experience to every family she serves. As a former managing broker and formerly licensed real estate professional, she has guided buyers, sellers, landowners, and heirs through transactions and property transitions that carried far more significance than a price tag.

At Healing Hearts Legacy Land Solutions, Star's focus is legacy-centered advisory and education. She helps families better understand what they hold, consider what the property may mean to their family's legacy, and identify practical next steps and professional resources that may help preserve it for future generations.

Sean is a retired Military Sealift Command Communications Officer whose career was built on precision, accountability, leadership, and clear communication under pressure.

He is currently pursuing studies in business operations as he continues building a career in construction management. Sean combines his professional experience with his developing knowledge of business and construction operations to provide organized, dependable project support.

At Healing Hearts Legacy Land Solutions, Sean assists with administrative and logistical coordination while supporting communication and scheduling among contractors, surveyors, vendors, and other service providers.

Bryant Gill

Bryant Gill

Property Protection & Land Solutions Support Specialist | Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant

Bryant helps protect and care for the properties entrusted to Healing Hearts Legacy Land Solutions. Through routine property observations, photographs, documentation, and on-site support, he helps identify visible concerns and keeps property-related tasks organized and moving forward.

He is also developing the practical knowledge and leadership skills needed to grow into a property foreman role. Working alongside experienced professionals, Bryant is learning how to coordinate on-site activities, communicate with contractors and service providers, document project progress, and support the responsible completion of property improvements.

Bryant is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Inspector (CEPSCI) through Clemson University's Cooperative Extension program. He is also furthering his forestry and landowner education through the Center for Heirs' Property Preservation.

Together, these educational and hands-on experiences are expanding his knowledge of property protection, erosion prevention, sediment control, forestry resources, responsible land stewardship, and the unique concerns affecting family-owned and heirs' property.
